Wilbur Hot Springs is a 1,760-acre health retreat with naturally occurring medicinal hot springs that includes a 1,560-acre private Nature Preserve. The physical plant is comprised of a hotel, cabins, lodge, bathing facilities and change rooms. The accommodations feature a total of 25 rooms and 16 full baths. Guests are also able to camp on the specially sited camping platforms.
As a pioneer in business functioning “off the grid,” Wilbur Hot Springs is fully powered by photovoltaic energy allowing for full internet services.
The property also offers a host of potential commercial income scenarios, including the current health retreat, with a 2017 gross income of $2 million, potential for commercial geothermal and photovoltaic energy production and expansion of Wilbur’s existing brand of medicinal bath crystals, medicinal soaps, medicinal facial products, natural laxatives and more.
There is easy opportunity for expansion into areas such as glamping, horseback riding and educational seminars; and zoning is conducive to development.
